Suffolk House - Planning Permission Granted

Quin & Co are excited to announce that planning permission for Suffolk House has been granted for seven townhouses, and conversion and extension of the locally listed villa to form ten apartments, along with a comprehensive landscaping scheme.

We're looking forward to commencing on site shortly following discharge of pre-commencement planning conditions with completion scheduled for late 2020.
