Quin & Co are delighted to be bringing forward a 100% Affordable Housing Scheme to provide 121 units including nine family houses, and a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments including over 55's accommodation.

Utilising previous brownfield land this scheme is designed to provide much needed suitable accommodation as well as contributing to the wider area with planning contributions.

This scheme is being developed for Linc Housing Association with WRW Construction as principle contractor
